【INTENDED USE】
The Carcinoembryonic Antigen Quantitative Diagnostic Kit(ELISA) is intended for the quantitative determination of Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) concentration in human serum or plasma.
【SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS】
1. Sensitivity
The lowest detection of the kit is 2.5ng/ml
2. Specificity
The cross-reaction value of APF(1000 ng/ml), CA125( 600 U/ml) and CA19-9(500 U/ml) with the kit are less than 2.5 ng/ml.
3. Precision
The intra coefficients of variation (CV%) value should not exceed 20.0%. The inter-assay coefficients of variation (CV%) value should not exceed 15%.
